Sun Metal Co., Ltd. (SMC) stands as a distinguished joint venture between Srikrungwattana Company Limited and Sanwa Holdings Corporation. Since its inception, SMC has positioned itself as a key player in the industry, specializing in the manufacturing of rolling metal doors, steel doors, and fire-resistant doors. The company has garnered a reputation as the preferred supplier for leading construction firms, car manufacturers, industrial plants, and department stores.

SMC's unwavering commitment to excellence is evident through its recognition and grant of BOI promotional status. This distinction is complemented by the strategic construction of a state-of-the-art factory in Nakhon Ratchasima within BOI zone 3. Spanning a 13 rai plot of land, this technologically advanced facility represents a significant investment of 355 million baht. Currently, the company maintains an approximate workforce of 110 employees.

A pivotal factor in the company's establishment was the strategic partnership with Sanwa Shutter Corporation of Japan. The founder, Mr. Sawang Laohathai, extended an invitation to Sanwa based on their robust financial standing, state-of-the-art technology, and technical expertise.

In pursuit of absolute operational quality, Sun Metal Co., Ltd. seamlessly integrated the ISO system into its current working procedures and processes. Following months of dedicated effort, the company achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification on August 9, 2002, conferred by MASCI. This certification positions Sun Metal as a strategic supplier, aligning its products precisely with the evolving needs of its discerning customer base.
